CHRISTMAS HOLLY FAIRY AGAIN!

Had to get this little lovely out again to make a card for this weeks CHCC "Christmas foliage". I love her!
I've coloured her with promarkers and layered onto gold mirri card. The snowflake print paper is from my stash, and to finish the card off I've tied some purple organza ribbon in a simple knot, and then added some holly leaves and a diamante centred organza flower from WOC.
I hope you like it!

SPECIAL KISSES CHRISTMAS TENT CARD

My first attempt at a tent style card and I am over the moon with it! As with everything I do, it didn't quite go to plan and I had to adjust the "recipe"! But it's turned out quite fine!
I've used papers from Papermania "Henbury Lane" collection layered onto gold mirri card. I cut the circle aperture and the mistletoe on my Cricut machine (see....I do still love you Mr Cricut!)....added pearls as the berries, and finished off with a gingham bow, attached with a gold brad.
"Special Kisses" ....that'll be hubby's Christmas card made then!
Entering this one in CHCC Christmas Foliage.
Eurovision or football now? Can't decide!

Christmas in blue again!

Well I've had a brilliant day! Lots of cards and toppers made to sell on ebay if they'll allow me! This card was inspired by the paper, Dovecrafts "Winter Wonderland" again, which was a printed sheet of squares. All I've done is cut it up and layered each square onto silver mirri card, attaching them back in square formation on a printed base card. I've tied some organza ribbon around it, and added a few sparkly stars.
Simple but I like it!
I've also done my Mo Manning card but I've yet to find a challenge to enter it into so you'll have to wait for that one.
This one is my second entry in Crafty Hazelnuts Christmas Challenge "A touch of blues".
Right, best be off and get school stuff sorted.

FOREVER IN BLUE JEANS!
This is my second card for today....oh yes...there may be more!
I am entering this one in Freshly Made Sketches Challenge number 35, a sketch. I've used various denim print papers layered onto cream card, simply embellished with string, denim tag, and "Live in Jeans" sticker. A card that sums me up.....very simple and always in jeans!

BLUE BLUE CHRISTMAS

Well, I'm in crafting heaven today. Hubby's out for the day at an Iaido grading (it's a bit like Karate but with swords!) so I'm busy making!
I've dusted off my Cricut machine today, it has taken a back step since I discovered stamping. I still love you Cricut, honest I do!
So, my lovely Cricut cut me some baubles, and I've used Dovecraft's "Winter Wonderland" papers on gold mirri card. Finished the card off with some white organza ribbon.
This is my first entry this week in CHCC "Touch of Blues".

Traditional Red and Green Christmas

Just had to make another Christmas card for CHCC....well, why not?!
Used my beautiful embossed Papermania "Classic Christmas" papers again, to make this easel card. Layered up a flower and added a red poinsettia to finish it off. Simples!
Day off tomorrow, yippeeeeee! I've got lots to do but hoping to finish off another Mo Manning card to share tomorrow.

BIG PANTS!
Here's a cutie little number I've just made. Bought myself some more Mo Manning stamps last night (naughty me!) and this has been a very rushed job because I wanted to enter their challenge this week which is Tickle-My-Funny-Bone. Hadn't got much time after work, quick half hour later I produced this. I've coloured the image with my promarkers, not upto my usual standard but it will have to do! I've layered up Raspberry Road Design papers on pink and blue card, embellished with flowers from WOC and added some frilly lace and pearls from my stash.
Falling ever so slightly in love with Mo Mannings stamps, I even dreamt about them last night. Bit sad! Lol.
So, I'll be entering this in Mo's Digital Challenge , Wild Orchid Challenge "Anything Goes" and also I Love Promarkers challenge "Anything Goes"

Christmas Fairy Holly

My new favourite Christmas stamp! I have been spending my pennies again...and I'm blaming Hazel Conboy! Check out her fabulous blog! She's introduced me to Mo Manning stamps and they are scrummy yummy.
Fell in love with this little one straight away. She is "Christmas Holly Fairy" and she is above cute! I've coloured her in with Promarkers and added Rangers Glossy Accents to the snow globe she's holding. Papers are from Papermania "Henbury Lane", layered onto red and gold mirri card. Simply embellished with some red flat-backed pearls.
Another entry in CHCC.
Takeaway Chinese tonight. Yummy for my tummy!

Traditional Christmas

A simple easel card today as I made the decision to make the most of the fine weather and get the garden sorted. I've used my Papermania "Classic Christmas" papers again, love them especially as they're embossed. I've embellished with some holly leaves and poinsettia, and a red bow,
Entering this in Crafty Hazelnuts Christmas Challenge which is traditional red and green this week.
Off to watch the rest of Lord of the Rings now....I know it inside out but still love watching it!

In a vintage mood!
Beautiful Beautiful My Fair Lady!
I love vintage and when I got these papers yesterday, so many ideas filled my little head! They are from the Raspberry Road collection, freebies with Cardmaking & Papercraft magazine this month, and they are simply gorgeous!
I've layered up the papers (I do hate that they are double-sided....seems like such a waste!) and distressed and inked the edges. The hat is diecut on my Cricut, embellished with some cream trim, feather and rose. I've added cream ribbon threaded through a rose cameo, and finished it off with just a few more mulberry roses.
Hope you like her!
I'm full of cold so off now to have a medicinal glass of the red stuff!

Pastel pink pram
Back to my baby stuff! I've made a few toppers this weekend and this is one of my faves. I've cut the pram on my Cricut and layered it on an oval edged with white trim. The lovely papers are from Nitwits and flowers and metal filigree corner are from WOC.
And not a jingle bell in sight! lol

Winter Wishes

Here's another simple Christmas card I made earlier. Didn't get a fat lot done today because we've all been out for a big family nosh up! But I have managed to do a bit of stamping too, which I'm going to sit and colour in tonight.
Anyhoo, this is an A5 card for a change. I've covered the base card in blue glitter paper, added a strip of stripes layered on gold mirri card, with silver edged organza ribbon down the centre. The paper, topper and sentiment are some freebie papers from a magazine. I've highlighted the tree with some gold stickles and Rangers Glossy Accents on the star. Finished off with a matching bow.
Another entry for Crafty Hazelnuts Christmas Challenge "Stripes".
Right, time to watch Silent Witness and get my Promarkers out! It's a repeat so don't have to concentrate too hard!

Stripes!

Here's a very quick card I've made to enter Crafty Hazelnuts Christmas Challenge "Stripes". I've used Papermania "Mistletoe Kisses papers and gold mirri card. Matching topper from the range. Simple embellishments... a little gingham bow and some flat-backed pearls.
Had to work today and feel a little under the weather. Nothing at all to do with the red wine I drank last night?!!
Will be back up to full steam tomorrow. Up at seven for a long walk....then I'll be in full crafting mode!

A big Christmas WISH

I wish I could do this for a living! Work certainly gets in the way of play! Anyhoo....here's a quick card I made today. It's a trifold card with hidden pockets for the tags (and money if anyone is feeling generous!). I've used papers from Papermania "Mistletoe Kisses" with matching tags, and bright red ribbon...because it's CHRISTMAS!!! God bless Slade!
I'm entering this in Crafty Hazelnuts Christmas Challenge "use a sentiment or greeting without the word "Christmas".
