TWINEY CHRISTMAS

Good morning bloggers! It's Saturday so it's time for a new challenge at Crafty Hazelnut's Christmas Challenge . As always, it's an "ANYTHING GOES" challenge as long as it's Christmas related, with the optional theme this week of "Use some twine or ribbon".

The winner is picked randomly each week and Hazel is willing to post the prize anywhere in the world! This week's prize is this:

Wallace and Gromit Co-ordinating Stamp Set

I have used a piece of snowflake printed paper together with a few dies, and my absolute favourite twine!
Looking forward to seeing your makes.

BIRTHDAY SPARKLES

Good morning and welcome to July!

It's a new month so it's new challenge time at Crafty Hazelnut's Patterned Paper Challenge . As always, it's an "ANYTHING GOES" challenge but you must use some patterned paper or card. Hazel offers a prize each month and is willing to post anywhere in the world so anyone can enter, and you can enter as many times as you like! The prize this month is this:

Dovecraft "Curiosity Corner"
6" x 6" paper pad.

I was asked by my neighbour to make a birthday card for her daughter. She's not too much of a "girly" lady but does love her Prosecco so I came up with this. I found some lovely backing paper in my stash and teamed it up with a die cut bottle and glass. I'm pretty sure I cut the bottle out incorrectly but I love how it turned out. I've added some little gems for that little bit of sparkle.
I'm hoping she has a good birthday. She's just found out she has to go back to work next week after working from home for the past many weeks. She's a bit worried about going back. I can't imagine what it feels like as I've had to work all the way through lockdown. Have to say my stress levels are higher now than they were, possibly because things have relaxed a little and many people are acting like the virus has gone away, it hasn't! Still, I carry on!
Looking forward to seeing your makes.
Stay safe!
