As always, it's an "ANYTHING GOES" challenge as long as it's Christmas related, with the optional theme this week of "ANY CHRISTMAS OR NEW YEAR CREATION".</p><p>I've made a new year card, which is unusual for me, but I do have someone in mind for this card. I've used toppers from a freebie kit to make a quite simple card.</p><p>As most of you know, this will be the last challenge for Crafty Hazelnut's Christmas challenge, as Hazel has decided to take a break. It's been an honour being part of this blog for so long, and I'm really going to miss it. As always, it's an "ANYTHING GOES" challenge as long as it's Christmas related, with the optional theme this week of "THINGS WITH WINGS".</p><p>I intended to use my cute penguin dies to make my card this week but as per usual, I couldn't find them, and, as per usual, I found a die I'd forgotten about. I cut numbers from a snippet of the backing paper I used and stamped "Happy Birthday" with the biggest stamp I have.</p><p>Looking forward to seeing your makes.</p><p>Hugs</p><p>Fiona xx</p>flossbitehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16931029238815822217noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3013959632651055674.post-5765626137580630512022-10-29T09:00:00.001+01:002022-10-29T09:00:00.160+01:00PLAYING WITH INKS<p style="text-align: center;"> </p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjEwtD658bDwxIdtjBoSP1iaTAZ2X7AC2OWYECH0Qw2_Y8qk_RF-xef4kqxt6AzBFrUsZrSDEaxUkz7mTs8hxcn6ceZt0-3NhXAlL-CnUMo1arfaEQ4kOT7p_4zaErpZlTcdX720zVC80xjFr6oXy4nV4h3AmTfZDY5CS-mQPE3NLQoGti5eDTNvGgE/s1708/29102022.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1708" data-original-width="1707" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjEwtD658bDwxIdtjBoSP1iaTAZ2X7AC2OWYECH0Qw2_Y8qk_RF-xef4kqxt6AzBFrUsZrSDEaxUkz7mTs8hxcn6ceZt0-3NhXAlL-CnUMo1arfaEQ4kOT7p_4zaErpZlTcdX720zVC80xjFr6oXy4nV4h3AmTfZDY5CS-mQPE3NLQoGti5eDTNvGgE/s320/29102022.jpg" width="320" /></a></div><br /><p></p><p>Hello bloggers! It's Saturday so it's time for a new challenge at <a href="http://craftyhazelnutschristmaschallenge.blogspot.com/">Crafty Hazelnut's Christmas Challenge</a> . As always, it's an "ANYTHING GOES" challenge as long as it's Christmas related, with the optional theme this week of "INCLUDE A STOCKING".</p><p>Well, I had a right game this week. For once, I knew exactly what card I wanted to make, with a beautiful, intricate stocking die, so I set about making it. Got my Big Shot out of my cupboard and looking through my file of Christmas dies...I'm not the most organised of people but I knew it was there somewhere. IT WASN'T! I searched everywhere and it was nowhere to be seen. So plan B, I handcut a stocking from red and white card, adding faux snow to the white bits. I cut a strip of snowlake backing paper and put the card together, embellishing with wooden snowflakes. It's okay but not as pretty as the die. I put all my things away, looked at my table and there it was. My missing die had been hiding under my Big Shot! </p><p>To make matters worse, when I tried to do my blog post, my PC decided it wasn't going to play. Got it sorted now (damn Windows updates!)....and here we are. Better late than never.</p><p>Looking forward to seeing your makes.</p><p>Hugs</p><p>Fiona xx</p>flossbitehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16931029238815822217noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3013959632651055674.post-90862036557603709092022-10-08T09:00:00.001+01:002022-10-08T09:00:00.158+01:00SENTIMENTAL CHRISTMAS<p style="text-align: center;"></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgmNguK90rk4ue2koKbUasqjRUFf97SUJRSDaLNTpof2cFiIb0n_k8DrDUaP5lDyMNT3Qe-7y3S0eVAdSeXatjBOkWCVk-TqzQIoYi_FFXnJgKNVT09qDFgaTcFyIKAOHpGq5OVc5GWe5sPbOvIovsv_FAyKBkbRhrPe0ygK3eO0Qb_9ukuVvEBYohT/s1512/08102022.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1512" data-original-width="1509" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgmNguK90rk4ue2koKbUasqjRUFf97SUJRSDaLNTpof2cFiIb0n_k8DrDUaP5lDyMNT3Qe-7y3S0eVAdSeXatjBOkWCVk-TqzQIoYi_FFXnJgKNVT09qDFgaTcFyIKAOHpGq5OVc5GWe5sPbOvIovsv_FAyKBkbRhrPe0ygK3eO0Qb_9ukuVvEBYohT/s320/08102022.jpg" width="319" /></a></div><br /> <p></p><p>Hello bloggers! I've stamped and embossed the sentiment, and finished the card off with a few snowflake stickers.</p><p>Looking forward to seeing your makes.</p><p>Hugs</p><p>Fiona xx</p>flossbitehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16931029238815822217noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3013959632651055674.post-83852081706818093942022-09-01T20:25:00.005+01:002022-09-01T20:25:49.637+01:00PRETTY PINK BUTTERFLY<p style="text-align: center;"> </p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEivzNK-cxeNAE0u361p3MZqtve7GcQrsLl_jVwgBLCTWhkHsVPVzrjyQINJgRKd9HFH-ZxEka04bvjpAE37tv6F2UzokMBJHxRbBaQLrkh-ne8NR9s6IJUDzaSExpNCdXdx68xZuG_2tQqjdRwW_EgOuFDeRM_BcMVL4CXKhRuhspWT6kTKxXSR4P6b/s1641/01092022.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1641" data-original-width="1640" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEivzNK-cxeNAE0u361p3MZqtve7GcQrsLl_jVwgBLCTWhkHsVPVzrjyQINJgRKd9HFH-ZxEka04bvjpAE37tv6F2UzokMBJHxRbBaQLrkh-ne8NR9s6IJUDzaSExpNCdXdx68xZuG_2tQqjdRwW_EgOuFDeRM_BcMVL4CXKhRuhspWT6kTKxXSR4P6b/s320/01092022.jpg" width="320" /></a></div><br /><p></p><p>Good morning! As always, it's an "ANYTHING GOES" challenge as long as it's Christmas related, with the optional theme this week of "INCLUDE A PENGUIN".</p><p>I missed you all last week. Work is a nightmare at the moment, and no signs of getting any better for a while. Since when did part time turn into 40 hour+ weeks?! Good job I love my job!</p><p>Anyway, I had a little time spare to make my card this week. I've used an embossing folder and an icicle die cut to make this card. The backing paper is from a wad of Christmas papers I found whilst I was looking for something else, as you do! I've added a cute little penguin which I think is fromWhimsy stamps, coloured in with Copics. Cheeky little chap!</p><p>Looking forward to seeing your makes.</p><p>Hugs</p><p>Fiona xx</p>flossbitehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16931029238815822217noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3013959632651055674.post-30896831340118002512022-08-01T00:00:00.001+01:002022-08-01T00:00:00.161+01:00GARDENING GIRL<p style="text-align: center;"> </p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi6taKNL8Dl5WspGq23D3Yto3wpi2vbTfv3AbsvthPUIm7FyNOBQnIli6SGqSS9G7kwnPoCPOQiPiVVoi8F63MEsx07VeOGKzU4-JLTY-I0DfxU6nTcut9mZ6U1f7a--5ODwaWFaG2IZ6zlRzzo8owpd2LdUttj4sHkMIs8bjVtrttXgVqRVGx6YyLu/s1916/01082022.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1443" data-original-width="1916" height="241" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi6taKNL8Dl5WspGq23D3Yto3wpi2vbTfv3AbsvthPUIm7FyNOBQnIli6SGqSS9G7kwnPoCPOQiPiVVoi8F63MEsx07VeOGKzU4-JLTY-I0DfxU6nTcut9mZ6U1f7a--5ODwaWFaG2IZ6zlRzzo8owpd2LdUttj4sHkMIs8bjVtrttXgVqRVGx6YyLu/s320/01082022.jpg" width="320" /></a></div><br /><p></p><p>Good morning! I love this collection of papers, gardening themed so ideal for a special gardening friend. I have used a Kraft card base and cut four rectangles from the papers.
