FALLING SNOWFLAKES CHRISTMAS CARD
I wanted to try something new on this card, a spinning wheel. I made a base card and layered up some snowflake paper from "Winter Wonderland" again, onto gold mirri card. Then cut a hole in all the layers, and behind this, I've used a split pin to attach a spinning wheel, to which I've stuck lots of snowflake punchies and Stickles. The wheel can be turned by the scalloped edge which you can see sticking out. I then cut a lovley snowy cottage on my Cricut and attached this with foam pads to hide the split pin. I'm really pleased with it!
That's all for today. The boys are off out playing pool tomorrow, leaving me and my lovely little Poppi to entertain ourselves...it's bound to involve glue! Lol xx
This is my second entry in CHNC challenge "favourite colours".
What a lovely idea to make the spinning wheel - this is a gorgeous card - thanks for another entry for my CHNC challenge 84 (glad you had fun bowling) x
This is lovely, thanks for sharing it at CHNC challenge this week
Lovely card - love the spinning wheel idea.
Thank you so much for dropping by and leaving me some lovely comments, they are very much appreciated.
Have a great week.
Great card, love the little house and the snowy effect. Brown and blue work for me, too! LOL
I was actually popping over to admire the cards you as GD for Hazel's Christmas challenge, but I noticed your cards are not up yet. Will be visiting again later.
