HOLLY AND HOUSE

Good morning bloggers! It's Saturday so it's time for a new challenge at Crafty Hazelnut's Christmas Challenge . As always, it's an "ANYTHING GOES" challenge as long as it's Christmas related, with the optional theme this week of "Something beginning with H".

The winner is picked randomly each week and Hazel is willing to post the prize anywhere in the world! This week's prize is this:

Couture Creations

Stamping, embossing and die cutting set

"Butterly Notes"

I have used backing paper I found in my Christmas box, along with a few dies to make my card.  The very keen eyed among you may notice my little "cheat" here!

I've had a week off work....but have decided work is far easier! I've spent all week clearing my Dad's house and looking after hubby. He's doing well after his appendectomy, treated him to a walk round town this week....he's so lucky!

Looking forward to seeing your makes.

ALMOST NORTHERN LIGHTS

Good morning bloggers! It's Saturday so it's time for a new challenge at Crafty Hazelnut's Christmas Challenge . As always, it's an "ANYTHING GOES" challenge as long as it's Christmas related, with the optional theme this week of "Make your own background".

The winner is picked randomly each week and Hazel is willing to post the prize anywhere in the world! This week's prize is this:

Now, I'm not that creative when it comes to backgrounds so I wimped out a little here. I had a rummage and found some colour block inkpads and just had a play with those. I went for the purple, simply dragging it along the card. I then added a beautiful die dut and some "snow" with my white gel pen. I quite like the finished result...it's kind od Northern Lights!
Looking forward to seeing your makes (and a week off work!).

CLASSY CHRISTMAS

Good morning bloggers! It's Saturday so it's time for a new challenge at Crafty Hazelnut's Christmas Challenge . As always, it's an "ANYTHING GOES" challenge as long as it's Christmas related, with the optional theme this week of "Add a flower, one or more".

The winner is picked randomly each week and Hazel is willing to post the prize anywhere in the world! This week's prize is this:

Paper Addicts
"Magic Moments"
6" x 6" Paper Pad

I have used a variety of dies to make my card, cutting the poinsettia from shimmery grey card, just for a change. I think it looks quite classy!
I've had another one of those weeks! Husband with appendicitis, which came on really quickly. He's had the op and is now home recovering. And my Dad's youngest brother passed away this week, after a short illness. Only one uncle left now. 2020 has not been a good year!
Looking forward to seeing your makes.

The winner is picked randomly each week and Hazel is willing to post the prize anywhere in the world! This week's prize is this:

Woodland Cottage
Scenic Stamps
15 Clear stamps

I dusted off my Cricut machine to cut a stocking from Nordic design paper, and also raided my ribbon box! I have some beautiful ribbons, I really should use them more.

Looking forward to seeing your makes.

SEASON'S GREETINGS

Good morning bloggers! It's Saturday so it's time for a new challenge at Crafty Hazelnut's Christmas Challenge . As always, it's an "ANYTHING GOES" challenge as long as it's Christmas related, with the optional theme this week of "Sentiment as focal point".

The winner is picked randomly each week and Hazel is willing to post the prize anywhere in the world! This week's prize is this:

Technique Tuesday Clear Stamps
"Daffodils and Dogwood"

I have used a piece of paper from a vintage pack I bought from The Works, a lovely little collection. I used a few dies adding the intricate sentiment last ( I am rubbish with these tricksty die cuts!).
I'm off to enjoy five minutes with my son....he's 23 today but I'll only see him briefly this morning!

Looking forward to seeing your makes.

BEAUTIFUL BIRDHOUSE

Good morning and welcome to October!
It's a new month so it's new challenge time at Crafty Hazelnut's Patterned Paper Challenge . As always, it's an "ANYTHING GOES" challenge but you must use some patterned paper or card. Hazel offers a prize each month and is willing to post anywhere in the world so anyone can enter, and you can enter as many times as you like!

I found another Hunkydory freebie in my huge pile of magazines. It's a beautiful collection, one of those "I really don't want to cut these papers up" types!! All I had to add was a piece of gold mirri card for backing....job done!
Looking forward to seeing your makes.
