THEA BOO BLOWING BUBBLES

Hi everyone.
It's time for a new challenge at Lacy Sunshine and the theme as always is "Anything Goes". You can find the rules on the main blog post.
I have used "Thea Boo Blowing Bubbles" coloured in with Copics. I've layered up some gorgeous papers from Michele R Designs and used a few flowers and gems to finish the card off.
