DON'T WORRY BEE HAPPY
Hi everyone
I'm here today with my DT card for the new challenge over at Crafting for all Seasons where the theme for the next fortnight is "Things with Wings". Our sponsor for this challenge is Faery Ink.
The image I have used is called "Bee-You-Tiful Pixie Fae" and she is available here.
I've coloured her in with Copics and I'm actually quite happy with how she turned out. Last week, I felt I couldn't colour for toffee but I managed to fit in a couple of my Kit and Clowder colouring lessons, and felt ALOT better for it! I've been a happy flicker this week! Ha ha!
The background paper is from my stash and the sentiment stamp is from Simply Betty Stamps.
Now it's over to you....FLY HIGH and don't get in a flap!
Hugs

NEW RELEASE DAY AT KARLEIGH SUE
Hi everyone.
It's time for the new releases from Karleigh Sue Digis. I have used "Cute-Pid" coloured in with Copics. I have cut the image out with a heart frame die and, since I'm in a waste-not-want-not mood, I've used the popped out hearts around the image! Added a couple of flowers to pretty it up, and faux stitching around the edge of the card.
Please pop over to the Etsy store and have a nosey at the new releases!
Hugs

SNOWFLAKE QUALITY CONTROL
Hi everyone.
I'm here today with my second Christmas card of the year and also it's a mid-month reminder about the "Anything goes" challenge over at Crafty Hazel Nuts! The month long challenge that eggs you on to spread your Christmas card making throughout the year!
For my card today, I have used a Lacy Sunshine image called "Snowflake Quality Control". Isn't she cute?! I've coloured her in with Copics and added some Stickles for that essential Christmas sparkle. The background papers were magazine freebies and the sentiment tag is from Michele R Designs.
Copics used:
Skin: E04, E11, E21, E00 and E000, with R20 for blush
Hair: E35, E33 and E31
Dress: RV97, RV95 and RV91
Hope to see your gorgeous entries over at the challenge blog.
Hugs

KISS at THE CRAFTER'S CAFE
Hi everyone.
This is a very quick post from me, busy week this week!
It's KISS time over at The Crafter's Cafe and no, we're not after some smoochiness! KISS equals "Keep It Simple Stamper"....so any project using a stamp but keeping things simple. No faff!
Our sponsor for this challenge is
I have used "Bouquet of Daisies for my card (and cheated a little by using a ready-coloured image!). I've simply layered it up on yellow card and used Kraft card for a base. Simple embellishment of a little butterfly and flat-backed pearls.
Now it's over to you.....how good a KISSer are you?!

RIBBONS LACE AND PEARLS AT CFAS
Hi everyone. Hope you are all well.
The new year is well underway, and I'm here today with my DT card for the first challenge of 2015 at Crafting for all Seasons. Our theme for the next fortnight is "Ribbons, Lace and Pearls".
I have used a Lacy Sunshine image called "Hearts A Flutter Sugi" which I've coloured in with Copics. I wanted to make the card look like a present, hence the criss-cross ribbon. I've added some pretty lace and heart-shaped pearls and flowers from my stash.
Our sponsor for this challenge is Digi Stamps 4 Joy
So now it's over to you. Raid your stash for ribbons, lace and pearls and come join in the fun!
Hugs

NEW YEAR AND NEW DT FOR ME
HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!
I hope you've all had a wondrous Christmas and are looking forward to a healthy and happy 2015!
My big surprise in December was being asked by Hazel to join her design team for her Crafty Hazelnuts Christmas Challenge and of course I said YES! This is a monthly challenge where the theme is always ANYTHING GOES, and the sponsor is Bugaboo Stamps.

For my first DT card I have used Bugaboo's Deer Duo coloured in with Copics. I have made a simple layered background using freebie papers from a magazine and gold mirri card. The sentiment was done on my PC.
Hazel also runs a weekly Christmas challenge with a different them each week, starting on Saturday mornings. You can find that challenge here.
And there's more! I don't know how she finds the time but Hazel also runs another monthly challenge called Craftyhazelnuts Patterned Paper challenge , again ANYTHING GOES as long your card is covered with patterned paper. And who hasn't got loads of patterned paper?!
Now it's over to you. I didn't make anywhere near enough Christmas cards in 2014 and ended up buying some....BAD CRAFTER!!! So I'm determined to get enough done for all my family and friends this year. Starting in January feels fabulous!
Hugs
Fiona xx
