SHABBY DANDY TAKE TWO
Hi everyone.
I've had a mad colouring frenzy for the last few days. I'm really enjoying myself on the Kit and Clowder colouring journey. If you haven't signed up for a class, what are you waiting for?! Can't recommend them highly enough.
For this card I have used a freebie image from Heather at Lacy Sunshine. This little cutie is called Dandi Lion from the Flower Pot Pretties range. I've coloured her up with Copics and Promarkers and cut the image out with a scallop circle die. The background papers are from Michele R Designs, LOVE these papers! I've added some organza ribbon and white lace, dotted around a few pearls and finished it off with and organza flower and a pretty fairy!
Hope you like!
Hugs

NO COLOURING!
Hi everyone.
Just time to get a quick post done before I settle down with the family for Pizza Night!
As the title says, no colouring today. This card was made using my dusty old Cricut machine! I've used a swiss dot embossing folder to emboss the coloured Bazzil card, then roughed up the dots with an emery board so it looks like snow falling. I've added Twinkles Diamond Dust to the church and finished the card off with a few flowers from my stash.
Hugs from me

WHATEVER THE WEATHER AT CFAS
Good morning everyone!
Quite a simple one from me today. The challenge for the next fortnight at Crafting For All Seasons is "Whatever the Weather". I have used MaMaw Skiing from our sponsor for this challenge:
I've coloured the image in with Copics and layered her up onto Kraft card and snowy print paper. The snowflake die is from Crafts-Too; I know this is supposed to be used as an edge die....but I like to be different!
I've added a strip of snowflake ribbon from Do-Crafts to finish the card off.
Now it's over to you. Sunshine or showers, whatever weather you choose....show us your makes!
Hugs

THE LOVE PLAQUE
Morning all!
I'm sharing a little plaque with you today. I fancied making something other than a card and found a piece of MDF in my crafty box....that'll do! I've covered it in stripey paper and attached a piece of burlap and burgundy trim. The paper and the lettering are from a huge bag of goodies my neighbour gave me!
The image is called Delivery Of Love from Lacy Sunshine, and she's coloured in with Copics and Promarkers.
Hope you like it!

ALTERED CLOCK FOR CFAS
Good morning Blogland!
I'm here today with something a little different. This is my DT make for Crafting For All Seasons where the theme for the next fortnight is "Don't Be Square!"....so make anything as long as it's not square!
Now, there is a little tale behind this clock. We had a choice of images to use, and as an avid Marilyn fan, I chose this one and came up with the idea to alter a clock. So off I went to the shops to get a clock and came back with a cheapy one from B&M; it cost £2.99 and was cerise pink. Got home, got to work covering it with these lush papers from Michele R Designs and whilst waiting for the Mod Podge to dry I thought I'd just better check the design theme.....OH MY GOODNESS!!!! IT'S ANYTHING BUT SQUARE!!!! And my clock was SQUARE!!! Feeling a bit of a plonker, I walked away from it, and went to bed. Woke up next morning....had a lightbulb moment....MAKE IT ROUND!!! I got a piece of thick card and drew round a dinner plate, marked off the square shape and cut that from the middle, then slipped my square clock into the centre. VOLIA! A ROUND CLOCK!! Of course, the added bonus was I could add lots more embellies, and I printed out four little "Marilyns" to mark the quarters. I've added diecut shoes, a film strip, a few flowers and pearls. Have to say I love it!
Hope you like it too.
Now it's over to you....anything NOT square will do. Our sponsor for this challenge is:

SHABBY DANDY
Hi everyone. I've created this card this morning in between watching a massive storm go over! Not enough thunder for my liking but it was a good one!
For this card I have used an image from Lacy Sunshine called Dandi Lion, such a cutie, coloured in with Promarkers. I diecut the image with a scallop circle die, and used Frantage around (and on) the image. The papers are from Michele R Designs, this set is called "Emerald Isle". I have to say her papers are just to die for!
Going for a shabby chic look, I've distressed the edges of the papers, used a gauze swab, lace, various trims, string pearls and gave a die-cut fancy butterfly the Frantage treatment too!
Hope you like it.
Hugs

SNOWBLOWER
Hi everyone. HAPPY FRIDAY!
I've had another hectic week at work but love it when it's busy....it goes quicker! I came home and managed to get this card made just in time to enter Hazel's challenge!
I've used a digi from Saturated Canary called "Snowblower" (sadly, no longer on sale)...probably my FAVE christmas image because of the elephant! I've coloured the image in with Promarkers, going for sepia tones. I have used a scallop circle die to cut a frame and layered it up onto snowy print paper from Raspberry Road Designs. The paper collection is called Cold Winter Days Mini Collection and it's FREE!!! Go get it...it's all lovely!
I've finished the card off with a piece of brown ribbon and three mdf snowlakes.
Hugs

MAKE IT MALE AT THE CRAFTER'S CAFE
Good Morning Blogland!
I know...it's MAN time! Supposedly difficult cards to make for but you know you can do it!
The Crafter's Cafe challenge is being sponsored by Bugaboo Stamps and I have used Guy-Bike for my card. I've made a simple easel card using a piece of tyre print paper (which for some unknown reason, I found in a pile of books/rubbish post, next to my bed.....go figure!!) and created the "road" using white pencil on black card.
Hope you like it! My daughter has collared this card for Father's Day!
